In the 19th century Puigcerda was a favourite retreat. A number of houses resembling little palaces were built during this period. Villa Paulita is one of them, placed in a divine location on the lakeshore. Today an exceptional boutique hotel, it offers 10 rooms that combine the romantic charm of the 19th century with modern design and, in a more recent wing, 28 creatively designed, light and airy rooms in the classic mould. Two meetings rooms for up to 60 people, a comfortable lounge bar with fireplace that opens onto the garden, a panoramic gourmet restaurant where refined cuisine made with local ingredients is served, a SPA bathed in a harmonious zenithal light.
