Description:
The Herepian Convent located in the heart of a village in the Haut-Languedoc is a carefully restored 17th century building. The historical features including the thick walls, arched ceilings, a wide staircase of timeworn stone and transom windows are offset by the deliberately sober decoration: lime-washed walls, natural textiles, the timeless lines of the furnishings. History is everywhere, but it is not oppressive and provides the backdrop for the complete relaxation of mind and body. Whether on the village or the garden side, where some have a terrace and a superb view over the foothills of the Cevennes Mountains, all the suites are luxuriously appointed. To round off your stay the Garrigae SPA offers a range of treatments with natural ingredients.
