Time to contemplate! On one side the majesty of the Pyrenean summits that rise to more than 3,000 metres and on the other the softness of a gentle wooded valley. Between the two on the slopes of the mountain lies El Acebo de Casa Muria, an 18th century house restored with the greatest of care. A terraced garden dotted with contemporary sculptures by Vicente García Plana. The 6 rooms and suites take their themes from the legendary mountains they are named after: Muztagata, Toukbal, Posets, Shivling, Fujiyama and Kilimanjaro. With their highly original furniture (a lot of which is either second hand or especially created) they stimulate the pleasure of the senses with a wonderful harmony between materials, colours and textures. The living areas on the ground floor are separated by stone arches that create an intimate and comfortable atmosphere encouraging complete relaxation. There is no doubt that Casa Muria is a house built with passion where it is good to be alive.
