Ideally situated in a pedestrian street in the historic centre of Arles, Le Barrème offers 4 rooms with bed & breakfast, a luxury suite and two apartments for rent. What used to be a 17th century private town house now boasts a modern and minimalist decor where polished concrete, wood and stone cohabit harmoniously. More than a simple place to stay, it is a veritable centre of life and culture: the seasons pass to the rhythm of temporary exhibitions and musical evenings. On the ground floor, in Olivier Vericel’s gastronomic restaurant, you will savour his creative cuisine made from regional produce. Then finish off a pleasant evening just lazing in the lounge bar. While staying here you will be able to explore not only the rich past of the Roman town, but also its current dynamism with its must see Rencontres Photographiques (Photographic Exhibitions). In the heart of Provence, the Camargue and the Alpilles, close to Nimes, Avignon and Marseilles, Le Barrème is also well placed for exploring the south of Provence.
